Summer Picnic Raises €1,723.86 for MABS

A fantastic evening of music, dancing and community spirit at Los Arcos on the Costa Blanca has raised an impressive €1,723.86 for MABS Cancer Support.

The recent Summer Picnic at Los Arcos proved to be a huge success, with supporters coming together for an evening packed with great entertainment, good food and plenty of dancing.

Keeping the crowd entertained throughout the evening were "The Entertainers Marina Alta", who certainly lived up to their name. Their lively performance had guests up and dancing, enjoying the party atmosphere well into the evening. They even waived their fees, donating it all back to us! So Jo, Pete, Linda, Marc, Dolly and G - THANK YOU, you really are a special bunch.

Guests brought along their own picnics and enjoyed the relaxed summer setting, and alongside a raffle helped raise a fantastic €1,723.86 for MABS Cancer Support, supporting the charity’s vital work helping people affected by cancer.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who attended, donated, supported the event and helped make the evening such a memorable success — and, of course, to The Entertainers for providing the perfect soundtrack to a wonderful night.

Together, the community has once again shown just how much can be achieved when people come together for a great cause.
